What format are the books?
Each book is a PDF that reads well on phones, tablets, e-readers and computers.
How do I get my files after buying?
Your download buttons appear right after checkout, and we email you a secure link to your downloads page.
What if I lose my download link?
Use the form below with the email you bought with, and we'll send it again.
Can I print the workbooks?
Yes. Every workbook includes both US Letter and A4 sizes.
Do I need to read them in order?
No. Each book stands on its own, though they build gently on one another.
Can I read a sample first?
What's your refund policy?

All sales are final because ebooks and workbooks are instant digital downloads. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

If a file is damaged, won’t open, or a download link fails, email hello@nathancolemanbooks.com with the email used at checkout and the item affected. We’ll fix or replace it. If we can’t fix the problem or provide a working replacement, we’ll refund the affected purchase.

Accidental duplicate purchases of the same item are refunded. Email us with the purchase details so we can identify the duplicate.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank determines when the refund appears. Access to refunded files ends when the refund is issued.

By checking the required box before payment, you request immediate access to the digital files and acknowledge losing any applicable right to cancel once the download is available. This policy does not limit any statutory rights that cannot legally be waived.

Are these a substitute for therapy?
No. They are for reflection and support, not professional mental health care.
